Roofs We Have Built and Repaired

Complete tear-off and new two-ply modified bitumen system on a large low-slope roof, with all rooftop drains and HVAC curbs re-detailed.

New membrane installed across a stepped roof area, with parapet flashing and skylight curbs sealed into the system.

Granulated SBS cap sheet system installed around live rooftop HVAC units, with new curbs and gas line supports.

Failed area around a roof drain cut out, rebuilt and sealed back into the surrounding gravel built-up roof.

Two failed sections repaired on an occupied commercial building with no disruption to the businesses below.

Open seams and lifting base flashing at a curb repaired before water could reach the insulation below.
